Our Missouri Crew

In case you can't tell, Sarah really loves pink! Everything Pink. I was glad to get some new pictures of Kristi and the kids. They grow up so fast if you don't see them every month or so you might not know who they are!! It was great fun to get the pictures.

Christmas at home with Holly and the boys

Holly and the boys came home for a week at Christmas. We had so much fun with the little boys. Dayton kept asking me on the phone how much snow I had at my house. He wanted lots of snow when he came to Grandma's. I would tell him and he would giggle. Next phone call same thing. Next phone call when he asked me I told him I had enough snow to bury him in. He got very quiet. When he got here he looked up at me and asked me if I was really going to bury him. I had a good laugh!
Dayton soon declared that it was awesome being at grandma's because this was his 4th Christmas this year!
We spent time sleigh riding, playing in the snow, playing games, building lego's, lots of pictures and even more movies and junk food, especially Christmas slush. About 3 times a day Dawson would come to me and ask me if he could have a "slushlie". I'm hoping by age 10 he can speak correctly.
We rang in the new year at 10:00 p.m and then off to bed for little boys and old folks. Holly looked at me laughing and said, "mom, did I get cheated like that when I was a kid?". I sweetly replied, "absolutely!"
The "blurr" picture is Dawson. He would go to the top of the stairs, stretch his arms out above his head and fly down the stairs on his stomach. It was hilarious!
The final picture is for mom and Ciana. They wanted to see my saphire and diamond necklace santa brought me. I love Santa!
After days of snow I took my camera out back and took this picture of my beautiful pine trees with all the snow on them. I told Grandpa he should paint them and he told me too. What's up with that? I am trying to focus him on something besides cows!!!

Thanksgiving in Tucson

We went to Tucson for Thanksgiving this year to be with the boys and meet Josh's girlfriend, Angela. We like her a lot! We got there in time to take in a soccer game. Ciana is the goalie for her school soccer team and she is awesome! Grandma is trying to talk her into joining the wrestling team, but so far no success! I toook a picture holder craft with me to do while dinner was cooking and we had a lot of fun doing that. Dede and Erik came for dinner as well as Angela's family. Josh has a nice house that backs right up to a golf course. It is very spacious and roomy. I actually got up at 4:30 in the morning to go shopping on Black Friday. Living in Blanding this has never been on my list of "to do's" and don't think that will become a tradition with me! We had a great meal, plenty of entertainment and lots of laughs.
